Wellness

Too often we talk about what’s wrong with our bodies and not what’s right. Wellness is a term used to describe a state of contentment within your physical body. It starts with a readjustment of attitude, focusing on what you really need to feel good about yourself and your life.

This is hard, especially if you are in pain, but try to be consciously grateful for all the the good things in your life, instead of focusing on what’s wrong and what’s upsetting.
